Half Beef #636B Includes: Bone In Chuck Steaks (1”), Flat Iron Steaks, 1 Bone In Shoulder Roast(3+lbs), Bone In Rib Steaks (1 ½”), Skirt Steak, Top Round Steaks(1”), Eye Round Steaks(1”), Sirloin Steaks(1”), T-bone, Porterhouse and Fillets (1 ½”), Flank Steak, Tip Steaks, ground beef (1lb packs), bones and suet included with organs available.
