Beef Packages

New Price starting March 1st, 2026 is $6.75 per lb based on the hanging weight. To have a whole or half beef cut to customer specifications new price is $7.25 per lb based on the hanging weight. Quarters of beef are available upon request.

Half Beef #303B Includes: 1 Bone in Chuck Roast(5lbs),Bone In Chuck Steaks (1”),Flat Iron Steaks, Bone In Rib Steaks ( 1 ½”), Skirt Steak, Point Cut and Flat Cut Briskets (5lbs),  Top Round Steaks (1”), London Broil, Eye Round Steaks (1 ½”), Sirloin Steaks (1”), Sirloin Steak Tips, Strip Steaks (1 ½”), Fillets (1 ½”), Flank Steak, Tip Steak, Ground beef (1 lb packs), Beef fat, Bones included and organs available
