New Price starting July 1st, 2026 is $7 per lb based on the hanging weight. To have a whole or half beef cut to customer specifications new price is $7.50 per lb based on the hanging weight. Quarters of beef are available upon request. Hanging weight price includes processing and packaging fees

Half Beef #736A Includes: Bone In Chuck Steaks (1”), Flat Iron Steaks, Bone In Rib Steaks (1 ½”), Flat Cut and Point Cut Briskets (4+lbs), Short Ribs, Skirt Steak, Top Round Steaks(1”), London Broil, Eye Round Steaks(1 ¼”), Sirloin Steaks(1”), Sirloin Tips, Strip Steaks and Fillets (1 ½”), Flank Steak, Tip Steaks, ground beef (1lb packs), bones and suet included with organs available.

Hanging weight on the side of beef is 375lbs at a total cost of $2,625 – 5 boxes – PENDING PICK UP

Half Beef #1035B Includes: Chuck Steaks (1 ¼”), Flat Iron Steaks, 2 Shoulder Roasts (4lbs), Bone In Rib Steaks (1 ¼”), Skirt Steak, Top Round Steaks(1”), Sirloin Steaks(1”), Sirloin Tip Steaks (1”), Strip Steaks and Tenderloin Steaks (1 ½”), Flank Steak, Tri Tip, Tip Steaks, ground beef (1lb packs), 6 1lb packs stew beef, bones and suet included with organs available.

Hanging weight on the side of beef is 517.25lbs at a total cost of $3,620.75 – 8 boxes
